Logging in with no Internet

Get on the same network as the NAS. The Router should be called INF.PRODUCTION and the Wifi password is 11223344.

Once you are on the network, you should see a shared network resource show up called InfluencersNAS.

It should look something like this in OSX Finder

Now, when you click on the resource, it will log you in as Guest by default, which only let's you see the publicly accessible shares (i.e. Public, SmartWare and TimeMachineBackups).

What you want to do is log in with your teams login and password, which I'll talk about below.

Creative

Creative team has a user named "creative" and the password is "Influencers!"

To log in you just need to hit the "Connect As..." button in finder and put in the information I just told you and it'll log you in. (See Pic)

Once you log in you'll be able to see at least 2 shares. One is a creative share, which you can add new folders and content and do whatever you want in there. The other is a production, which you can see and grab files from, but you can't edit anything on that share, or add anything new to the share.

Production

Production team has a user named "production" and the password is "Influencers!"

Administration

If we need to add more users, or more shares to the NAS, it's pretty easy.

Get on the network that the NAS is on (see directions above), then open a browser and go to http://influencersnas/

You'll be prompted for a user and a pw. User is "admin" and pw is "influencers".

Once you are in, you will have access to all the administrative functions of the NAS.

To add a share you'll want to click on the Shares toolbar button. There will be a place for you to add a new share there.

To add a new user you'll want to click on the Users toolbar button. There will be a place for you to add a new user there. Once you've added the user, though, you'll want to jump over to Shares and make sure you give that user permissions to read and/or write to whichever Shares are appropriate to that user.

The NAS dashboard looks something like this
