The Influencer

The Influencer is the most difficult workout on offer. There are no tiers because we believe simply finishing it to be the ultimate definition of what it means to be Influencers Strong. This workout is to be completed as fast as possible. You may cycle between exercises.

50 x body weight bench press

50 x body weight deadlifts

100 x unassisted pull ups 

100 x unassisted dips

200 x lunges

20 Flights of stairs

This workout is to be completed as fast as possible. You must complete an exercise before moving on to the next.
